🏠 Interior

•Thoroughly clean home (floors, surfaces, windows)
•All lights ON (replace burnt bulbs; use matching color temperature)
•Ceiling fans OFF
•TVs and computer screens OFF
•Make all beds
•Remove small rugs
•Remove personal photos and paperwork
•Hide remotes and visible cords
•Clear nightstands and dressers
•Remove toiletries, shower items, bath mats
•Close garage doors

🌳 Exterior

•Mow lawn; tidy landscaping
•Remove hoses, toys, tools
•Remove trash cans
•Clear driveway and front of home
•Straighten outdoor furniture
•Clean pool (remove vacuum hoses and supplies)

🐕 Pets

•Remove food/water bowls
•Remove pet beds and toys
•Secure pets during session
•Clear yard of pet waste

🔑 Access

•Lockbox installed and functional
•Alarm disarmed
•Gate codes provided

💬 Seller Message

Hi! The photoshoot is scheduled. Before they arrive, please make sure counters are cleared, wires and pet items are hidden, trash cans are out of sight, toilet seats are down, beds are made (sheets pulled tight and pillows straightened), cleaning is done, and cars are moved from the driveway. That'll help the home show beautifully online. Thanks!
